How We Process Pick & Pack (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Order Received
When an order is placed on your Shopify, WooCommerce, or other sales channel, it is passed through to our is passed through to our WMS via a secure API integration.
Step 2: Pick and Pack Items
Our picker handpicks and scans the product from the designated storage, and scans it again when packed to uphold item fulfilment accuracy.
Step 3: Labelling
Once the items are verified, we generate the correct shipping labels, ensuring all address details are accurate and the most suitable carrier is selected.
Step 4: Quality Check and Pack
Before the box is sealed, we inspect the product quality manually, following your specific standard of custom touches, such as thank-you cards and branded stickers.
Step 5: Document Shipping
All orders and tracking numbers are updated in real-time.
