Is TSF Logistics a courier service?
No. We are a 3PL provider, which means we act as the operational bridge between your inventory and the courier networks. We handle the warehousing, store integration, and physical picking and packing from our Epping facility, then hand your packages over to our carrier partners for last-mile delivery.
What is your cutoff time for same-day shipping?
We offer a same-day dispatch guarantee for standard ecommerce orders that are cleared in our system before 11:00 a.m.
How does your system integrate with my online store?
We connect directly to your Shopify, WooCommerce, or other platforms using secure API integrations. Once connected, your incoming customer orders automatically flow straight into our warehouse management system (WMS) for daily packing, and tracking details are pushed back to your store upon dispatch.
